REGISTRATION FORM :EVENT HAPPY HOUR (November)

Earthkids Humanity Foundation is engage in creating effective awareness among teenagers / youth of the Nation for last 18 months.  This dedicated initiative to transform young students into Green Warriors is being organized in association with schools, colleges and universities.   There are many challenges in the society, at the one hand we are fastest growing economy and also known for our techno expertise worldwide. But unfortunately at the other hand we find litterbugs all around in every part of our society. We “The Earthkids” have decided to work for Litter Free India and are  working hard to achieve our target of transforming 10K teenagers into Green Warriors every year. 

To achieve the mission we are in process of contacting Schools, Colleges and Universities to talk and walk. We have a planned  curriculum of 10 hours for each student in full academic session. This includes 2 hrs of class room session  and 08 hrs of activities to bring the change on the ground.

During academic session 2019-2020, Foundation has trained 600 students in Gandhinagar city. These change agents are known as "Young Ploggers" and activities can be witnessed by using #YoungPloggers & @iIndiaIsPlogging.

The abbreviation PLOGG stands for: 

P: Picking up the non-biodegradable waste from public places will become a habit and will give clear message to the litterbugs to not to throw trash in public placess irresponsibly. (An attempt for Litter Free India) #LitterFreeIndia

L: Promoting Law Abiding among citizen.( #LawAbidingIndians

O: Bring families and communities together for a cause and to celebrate PLOGGing as a festival (Promoting Oneness) #EkBharatShreshthaBharat

G:  Gifting used items lying with us (books, stationary, clothes, blankets, bed sheets, toys, utensils etc) for further donation to the people / children in need. (Reaching out to people in need) #PovertyFreeIndia

G: Inspire youth and teenagers for volunteering at least once in a month in their own community, Getting together for these causes and dance (Zumba) together. (Inspiring for Volunteering) #FitIndia.
